1.  You give permission for us to use your submitted photographs, assessment content, and any other information submitted by you in the course of having us develop your design plan, other than your last name, street address, email address or phone number in any advertising or marketing materials.  We may, however, use your first name and last initial, city and/or state in our marketing or advertising materials.

2.  You give permission for us to use excerpts of any correspondence you send to us for our advertising or marketing purposes.

3.  You agree to abide by the terms of the conditions stated in the ‘Your Satisfaction’ section of the website.

4.  You agree to all other Terms and Conditions as stated throughout the website or in any correspondence or materials sent to you in the course of developing your design plan.

5.  You agree not to copy or distribute our website forms, materials, images or any content from this website or any materials sent to you for any reason other than for personal use and only with written permission from us.
